- Heat water and add turmeric, lemon juice and honey.

- Coconut water- 1 cup
- Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
- Spinach powder- 1 scoop

- Frozen Blueberries – ¼ cup
- Frozen banana -1/3

- Add the chia seeds, coconut water, coconut oil and spinach powder into a blender and blend.

- Add lettuce into the blender and start blending at a very low speed.
